True North Church
Messiah in the Passover Presentation:
We are excited that Chosen People Ministries will be coming March 30 to our time of Worship to do a Messiah in the Passover Presentation. This presentation is designed to give participants a deeper understanding both of Passover and of the Communion table. For more information check out their website www.chosenpeople.com.
Welcome DeLong Family!
Beginning in March, Ben will be taking over a part-time pastoral role developing and leading our worship team, creating worship opportunities for our children, and more! This is a part-time position, and more will be discussed with the church family in March. Until then, we strongly encourage you to reach out to their family and make them feel welcome!
Women's Bible Study: Made to Crave
Has food become more about frustration than fulfillment? Made to Crave is the missing link between a woman’s desire to be healthy and the spiritual empowerment necessary to make that happen. Author Lysa TerKeurst personally understands the battle that women face. In Made to Crave, she will help you:
•Break the cycle of “I’ll start again on Monday,” and feel good about yourself today.
•Stop agonizing over numbers on the scale and make peace with your body.
•Replace rationalization that leads to diet failure with wisdom that leads to victory.
•Reach your healthy goals and grow closer to God through the process.
This book is not a how-to manual or the latest, greatest dieting plan. Made to Crave is a helpful companion to use alongside whatever healthy eating approach you choose — a book and Bible study to help you find the “want to” in how to make healthy lifestyle changes.

Ever notice that when you hold a compass, it always points to the north? No matter where you stand or which direction you face, a compass will always point to the north. True North Church is all about pointing people in the right direction in life - towards the God who knows us intimately and knows which direction in life is best for us. Our desire is to seek God and follow His direction in life.
We believe that God deserves all the glory, as our mighty creator and Lord of all. We long to gather as a community to give God all the glory in our songs, our giving, our acts of worship, and our daily living. We envision singing songs to Him, and searching His written word, so that we will be encouraged, enlightened, convicted, and challenged to live as a Christ follower.
- Salvation: We must share the truth about God's love and grace and salvation through his Son, Jesus Christ.
- Prayer: We seek to communicate with God in prayer and seek His speaking to us.
- Discipleship: We desire to know more about God, to grow deeper in living out our faith, through the teachings of God's Word and interaction in small groups.
- Social Action: We choose to put love into action.
- Community: In large gathering and small groups we live, encourage, and hold one another accountable.
- Worship: We devote ourselves to the Living God of the Bible, we show our adoration in song, giving, studying, sharing, and loving others.
We meet Sunday mornings at the Wauseon Elementary/Middle School (940 E. Oak St.) at 10:00 AM.
